Custom blend foundation should be as natural as you are. Many foundations are too red, orange or chalky. Jewel has created a way to match your uniqueness in order for you to be satisfied all day long. Custom blending is by Appointment only. However, we are able to accommodate is a sample of your favorite foundation is provided.

A little history on Jewel

As a child Jewel was born with allergy asthma, which induced an allergic reactions to many foods and elements of the ecosphere. Her experience as a child lead her to create products she could use. Working in the cosmetic industry for over 20 years she has mastered the trade and skills of application and knowledge of most cosmetic lines. After placing top ten in a professional nail competition, she was introduced to a chemist. Hoping to create a fragrance but was encouraged by the chemist to develop a cosmetic line first. From there, a new journey began. Simply Jewel Cosmetics contemporary cosmetics was established in 1990. With the start of Simply Jewel Cosmetics, Jewel also started freelance makeup artistry and taught at two well renown modeling agencies in Denver. She understands the cosmetic industry and quickly noticed a need for various products to get the look for a photoshoot, television, and also to present different looks for day time, night time, and an anvangar (dramatic look) for all makeup lovers.

Jewel satisfies all complexions and skin tones from zero pigments (albino) to the darkest pigment. Many customers of the department stores have purchased products they loved, but was not satisfied after they got home because they looked totally different in natural lighting.  Jewel uses chromalaux lighting to reveal the exact dimensions of the natural pigmentation of a person’s skin. Therefore, custom blending makeup is her primary tool in creating healthy-looking natural skin.

Also, an excellent option for people who battle with issues due to eczema, dry skin, including safe enough for cancer survivors or those who embrace natural products for their healthy skin type.
